It was going to happen (http://www.canada.com/vancouver/news/story.asp?id=37261520-1B58-4E4F-B534-7077040C8071) with a domain name like that. It's not the first time a big corporation has tried to stop someone - I remember seeing a TV piece about Channel No. 5 trying to force a hairdressers called No.5 (so-called because the building number was 5) because they felt it would damage their global brand.
