If you open up Dreamweaver's Code Reference pallete, select HTML Reference and then drop down to blink, you'll see these wise words:

"Please don't use this tag. I beg you".

The (Netscape proprietary) <blink> tag is universally despised, so one wonders why similar "functionality" ended up in the CSS spec (http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS1#text-decoration). Whilst researching for this Wednesday, I had the misfortune to end up at the Free World Academy site (http://www.freeworldacademy.com/globalleader/ecodev.htm), where sum fule has coded all the links using CSS blink (this, unfortunately only works in standards compliant browsers).

Yeah, thanks.

I'm off to write a rude email...

Favourite spoof site (http://www.geocities.com/webtekrocks/). Best with sound.

*** DWMX2004 tip: Pressing F1 in preview/design mode brings up Dreamweaver help. Pressing F1 in code view, brings up the reference guides. Another great thing about DWMX2004

Ha! It's obviously popular - the site has been pulled by Geocities for exceeding bandwidth. How unsporting of them.
