Subject: Link request
I was wondering if you would be willing to exchange links with us? We provide an online hotel and holiday home booking service for many locations world-wide, as well as books, guides and up-to-date weather reports. I think your site visitors will find this useful. Notes (1) she is unlikely to be doing this out of the kindness of her heart (2) she is demonstrating the commercial importance of links (because of Google's link popularity algorithm) (3) if she is the only person in the Links Admin Dept and her salary is £20,000 then when you add on-costs it must be setting them back £40,000/year (4) the following Google search on the World Stay site failed to come up with any results: site:www.worldstay.com link (5) I guess the world is full of suckers who put in links to them and get nothing in return (6) but why don't they do the decent thing and dream up some site content which would justify the inclusion of links? (7) if you have downloaded the free eBooks from Wilsonweb, one of which you need for our future seminar, you will know why she sent this email
