Maybe Jerry Yang would like to join our Content Management class and learn how to take an enlightented approach to the balance between doing something for love and doing something for money. My usual opinion of Yahoo is 'too greedy' - the fees for a directory listing have been exhorbitant since they were introduced. But Flickr strikes me as insufficintly commercial. Its a brilliant website, but why don't they give users the option of either selling photos (with a commission to Yahoo of course) or giving them away (as about one third of users currently do)?
