Internet traffic report

Have you got a slow connection at the moment or is the internet itself slow? Have a look at the internet traffic report (http://www.internettrafficreport.com/main.htm) - it shows the state of the internet around the globe.

Another fascinating page I found the other day is netcraft's What's the site running (http://www.netcraft.com/whats)

find out what server software any site is running on, and how long they've been up. To get this info before one always had to rely on questionable utilities like nmap. Hours of fun for nerds.

I found the netcraft site a couple of months back. I couldn't work out their graphs at all and haven't been back until this post. I still don't understand them!
