CSS Boilerplates

Greetings all,

I am looking for the css boilerplates that Craig Grannell mentions on page 18 of "CSS and HTML Web Design". He suggests there are 2 available for download on the friends of Ed website (a basic and advanced template) in the Download area but I am unable to locate them.

Is anyone using these or some other equivalent template? Having a framework to build on is so much better than "reinventing the wheel".

There's nothing wrong with using templates provided that you understand exactly how they work.
