A while ago I came accross a website that had a great grid of fonts on the web - showing the % of users that can view a particular font so you can use a bit more variety in website fonts.

It may have been in one of our classes - I have searched and searched but can't find anything as good.

Has anyone come accross this resource, or David, was it one of your finds?

Mia, is this the site (http://www.speaking-in-styles.com/web-typography/Web-Safe-Fonts/) you meant? It gives a comprehensive list of fonts and the likelyhood of users being able to view them correctly. Also see this (http://www.ampsoft.net/webdesign-l/WindowsMacFonts.html) and this (http://dustinbrewer.com/fonts-on-the-web-and-a-list-of-web-safe-fonts/).

Your server stats should be able to tell you which OS most of your visitors are using and you can then make a judgement as to how to go and what the second and third font alternatives should be.
