screen capture woe

Tsk - this is annoying.

I need to get a screen capture of the menu that appears when you toggle apps using ALT+TAB. However:

1: as soon as you press print screen, the menu vanishes and it isn't captured
2: my screen gabbing software needs either a keyboard shortcut or mouse click to work, and both of these hide the menu.

Barring taking a photo of the screen, has anyone got any ideas how I can get this image?

Just bite the bullet and take a digital photo. I think this is called a work-around, as opposed to a solution.

Just did this with Paint Shop Pro:

I did this with the 2-second delay screen capture mode. Like a hand-free screen capture so no disappearing dialogue box.

Delayed capture - sweet. Had a quick look at my screen grab software, and that does it too.
