I suggest that we have a section of the Forum for refernces to digital and paper resources which members of the forum find useful. It should really be classified by subject but perhaps we should wait to see if members wish to contribute to such a section before setting up a classification.

Although I had to decline on grounds of technical incompetence, I recently had a flattering request to peer review an article for the IBM Systems Journal (http://www.research.ibm.com/journal/sj/) The subject was 'This paper describes a methodology for creating site blueprints as a model for the architecture of e-commerce Web sites. A site blueprint provides a description about the site architecture from the viewpoint of a visitor navigating the site.' But if any of you feel like some serious reading I recommend this, or other, IBM journals. If you login to the Electronic Products in the UoG Library using the Proxy Server Electronic Journals (http://www.gre.ac.uk/lib/products/index.html) you will find a wide selection of journals - and you can download most of the articles as .pdf files. It is much more convenient than hunting through dusty shelves for tatty paper.

I forgot to mention that before you can use the UoG online journals you need to obtain an Athens Number from the Library.
