Quite an interesting thread on Evolt at the moment about SEO software. This is the guts of it:

Here is what I was told by a friend who runs a very successful SEO
company. Don't use WebCEO, WebPosition or any of those software packages, they
used to work fine, but they are seeing that not only is Google baning domains using this software, but other search engines are doing the same.

I'd recommend strongly against using this app (WebPosition Gold), since Google mentions it specifically in their guidelines:

"Don't use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages, check rankings, etc. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our terms of service. Google does not recommend the use of products such as WebPosition Gold that send automatic or programmatic queries to Google."
