A really interesting article on ALA:

The 'Approaching art direction and design differently' table is a very nice little resource - it really helped me understand what the author was driving at.

Incidentally there's a link in the article to a website called Launchlist (http://lite.launchlist.net/) which is a pre-launch checklist for websites. Looks very useful (although I'm not all that keen on the interface).

Oh I like the "checklist" type table on that article. Although it may be obvious, until someone actually says it like that, do you actually stop and think about it in your own designs.

That's exactly how I felt. I looked at the table and though: 'Ah, now I get it.'
