New from the W3C, XHTML FAQs (http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2004/xhtml-faq). Interesting to see that they've not changed their decision to drop <img /> from XHTML2 (http://www.zeldman.com/daily/0303a.shtml#ap1503) (note: that link refers to replacing it with <object> which they have obviously now decided against, but maybe the sentiment remains the same).
