Throwing tables out of the window (http://www.stopdesign.com/articles/throwing_tables/). Douglas Bowman, CSS and code guru (creator of sliding doors (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/slidingdoors/) and sliding doors part 2 (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/slidingdoors2/) amongst others), writes up his presentation on redesigning Microsoft's site CSS. The only thing missing is the re-worked page itself (unless I'm being really stupid and have missed it).
