Design Festival (http://designfestival.com/) is a Sitepoint spin-off, focussing on visual design and UX. The site is right out of the A List Apart (http://www.alistapart.com/) book of design and the content seems to use Smashing Magazine (http://www.smashingmagazine.com/)/Six Revisions (http://sixrevisions.com/) as a model. I'm not entirely sure how many more of these type of sites the web can take but the content looks good, so add it to your list of sites to keep an eye on.
