CSS Templates

One spin off of the CSS controlled layout push/craze/fashion is the availability of page layout templates. You can find some basic but useable templates at Blue Robot (http://www.bluerobot.com/). I'm sure there are many others around and looking at these templates is a good way to learn.

I like the Blue Robot templates - very clean looking.

I found another site which lets you input widths, paddings, etc and then it generates a preview and the CSS for you. Worth a look. inknoise.com (http://www.inknoise.com/experimental/layoutomatic.php)
