Does anyone know what this error is?

Error: Connection timed out
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

I cannot connect to my server :( in order to upload my site.

I'm having the same problem so I tried FireFTP but even that didn't work. I'm currently uploading through my Ecowebhosting Control Panel. Are you hosting on Ecoweb?

Yes, I get my host from Ecoweb hosting too. :(

I've contacted them and hopefully will have it resolved soon. I think you should contact them too but in the meantime, you can use the File Manager in your control panel (http://cpanel.ecowebhosting.co.uk/).

Are you unlocking your FTP by IP rather than time? Unless you pay for a static IP address, it will change from time to time.

I unlock my FTP just with time, not with IP.
the problem is solve now. I don't know how!? :blink:

Sounds like the server was rebooted or down for maintenance at the time you were trying to connect. Happened to me last week about 2 minutes before I presented my site! Usually you just need to give it some time unless it persists. Glad to hear it's sorted though!
