A CSS compliant site?

Is it true - a firm of landscape architects with a standards-compliant site?

I only had a quick look, but the site seemed to me to lack many other virtues.

They'ronly using CSS to style text and some background images - the page layout is still table-based and, as you said, is lacking many things. I wonder why they put the W3C badges at the top of the page and 3 navigation elements at the bottom?
