Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta

Microsoft have released a beta version of their new antispyware software. It doesn't seem clear if it will remain free forever.


I just installed it and tried it. First thing it offered to do for me? Stop Microsoft's Messenger service. arf.

This has been mentioned loads on the web over the past few days. I wonder if it will be any good or mearly the same as XPSP2 firewall vs Norton/zone alarm etc.

Has anyone played with One Note (http://www.microsoft.com/office/onenote/prodinfo/default.mspx) yet? I'm thinking it could be very useful. Can't believe there's a SP for it already even though it's only been out for a couple of months.
