I am always looking for photographs and have found a great new way of obtaining them. I think of it as 'open source picture research'. Say you want a photograph of Tiger Hill in China. All you do is type the following into Google:
"creative commons" + photo + China + "Tiger Hill"
The second Google return is from a kind soul who has been there and has published photographs of his Asia Trip (http://johnvey.com/photos/asia/) under the Creative Commons License (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/1.0/). Wonderful.
When I have time I will 'repay the debt' by publishing a set of photographs for other people to use.
