Forum keeps asking for a password

David, the forum keeps asking me for a password even though I entered the usual stuff to get here. Click cancel and everything is fine.

Also, I cannot post in the proper place for this - the top forum says I do not have permission to post.

It's an issue I've seen before and stems from the inabillity of .htaccess secure areas to identify that www.domain.net and domain.net are one and the same. In this particular case it is caused by one of the smilie icons in the Flattery... topic. I've just tracked it down and changed it so that sould resolve it.

Some time ago I changed permissions on the News... forum. Only the admin can start a topic but any registered member can reply. Under the circumstances, you have posted in the correct forum. On a busy board I'd have a Feedback forum for posts such as this as I do here (http://www.cadtutor.net/forum).
