I went last year and my impressions were:

it was trying to cover too many aspects of the industry at once leaving it lacking focus
there were a lot of exhibitors trying to make sales with their marketing spiel rather than talking technology and innovation
a lot of the event is taken up by people who do business on the web rather than whose business is the web
there are other industry-related events that I would prefer to attend given the choice
I may have got more out of it if the talks from the industry experts were easier to attend (queues were massive)

Having said all that, I still think it's worth attending at least once since it's free entry if you register in advance.

It wasn't on my radar - looks like a big commercial event, not sure if it will be worth a trip but you never know.
