GotLinks - improve page rank?

SEO improvement tools and scams are on the rise. This one seems as though it ought to work but how long before Google take note and act accordingly.

Do you think such things are worth bothering with or should we just focus on creating good content?

I don't think its worth it - because I believe Google hunt out and exclude links of this type.

I'm tempted to have a go because it surely can't harm your Google rank. The worst that can happen is that Google ignores these links. Shall I?
