Those who enjoyed reading the MS book on Tom's course might be interested in the Mini Microsoft blog (http://minimsft.blogspot.com/). It's written by an anonymous MS worker and can be quite interesting. What's more interesting are the comments, the vast majority again anonymous, from MS employees on the posts.
