I must admit to having been rather underwhelmed when I first looked at Steve Krug's book some years ago. Yes, it made some good points and gave good advice but I always felt it to be a bit slight. Well, now there's a second edition of the book, updated, revised and with the addition of 3 new chapters - I can now officially catagorise the book as "excellent". Well illustrated with lots of useful examples, the book (in it's second edition) is a must for the bookshelf of all web designers - yes, I've even bought my own copy. ;)
