I'm looking for the best examples of online CSS tutorials and have been very impressed with Selectutorial (http://css.maxdesign.com.au/selectutorial/) at Max Design (http://css.maxdesign.com.au/index.htm). Can anyone find anything better than this?

Well, Andy Clarke caused my excitement when he chose to explain CSS specificy using Star Wars characters (http://www.stuffandnonsense.co.uk/archives/css_specificity_wars.html). If you read the comments, it originally contained a few errors, but they've now been fixed. That was more of a one-off rather than part of an ongoing thing.
Max Design is a fantastic resource and a great place to start off (and, it has to be said, on occaisons, a great place to dip back into when the cobwebs have grown over whilst you weren't paying attention).

It's also goodto have a sense of humour, although it's interesting that you should mention the cumulative effects of sea squirt discharge on the brain chemistry of Germanic ammonites because I've... :D
