I didn't put this in useful links as it's now rather out of date (last version was 2003), but I like some of the ideas - the browser support table and image analysis bits particularly. Are there any current analysis tools that lay things out in a similar way?

There's a raft of stuff in the Web Developer toolbar (http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/) for Firefox, but I don't think I've come across one all-inclusive tool like HTML Doctor. That site could be really useful if it was updated. As it doesn't have support for Firefox, Safari, Opera >6 as well as a raft of other issues, it's not too much use.
