The magnetic power connector is one of those "I can't believe someone think of that earlier" things. Not only does it pop out really quickly if tugged, it's firm enough to stay in when needed. The end that plugs into the machine has got a tiny LCD on it that glows red if the battery is still charging and green when it's fully charged. Excellent, simple design that works beautifully.
