Default Grids for web design - a helpful book

I'm finding 'Ordering Disorder - Grid Principles for Web Design' by Khoi Vinh very helpful - it's a case study about how to design a grid for a blog website, explaining how to make decisions about the grid based on content and lots of practical advice.
It seems to be very well known and quoted by lots of web design writers.
