The Grid essay: 1mb images allowed in a Wordpress post

Its says I am only allowed to upload 1mb worth of images in total on a Wordpress post. I have quite a few images I want to upload for my Grid essay so this is a problem. Has anyone else found the same thing?

Hi Matine, how many images are we talking about? How big are they (physical dimensions)? Are you optimizing the file sizes?

It let me upload 3 images but I need a lot more than that. The images are just screen shots so not that big, but 1mb is really small for all my images together isn't it?

1MB is rather a lot for 3 screen grabs - do they need to be full-size?

I think the issue may be your overall account limit (50MB ) as I don't think there is a post limit. I've increased the limit to 100MB. Have another go now and let me know how you get on.

It works perfectly now. Maybe a combination of me sizing down some images and you giving me more space overall (I didn't know you had control over that!). The images are still quite large because they are my annotated screen shots which need to be viewed at a reasonable size, but it was the screen shots that I stitched together on Photoshop that I definitely needed to scale down. Anyway it all works wonderfully, thanks a lot as always!
