error in my navigation

hello every one.
can any one help me!
in chrome when I hover over on my navigation they come up the header. in firefox I don't have this problem. I try to use z_index for it, but it is not working

Hi Negar,

When you tried the z-index have you used any kind of positioning for the buttons? I am asking because z-index only works on positioned elements (position:absolute, position:relative, or position:fixed).

Can't think of anything else.
